Job Description
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Hillsborough is seeking an experienced dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist/Clinical Director to join our team of professionals. Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Learn and utilize the FYZICAL proprietary treatment methodology.
- Examine and evaluate new patients.
- Establish a diagnosis of condition(s) and their impact on activity.
- Establish plans goals and time frames.
- Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises.
- Measure and track intervention effectiveness
- Educate the patient on continuing care.
- Lead and supervise PTAs ATCs technicians and students.
Requirements
Successful Candidates Must Have:
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of New Jersey.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for learning and working with vestibular balance neurological and fallrisk patient patients.
- Minimum 5 years working as a Physical Therapist.
