AIML Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Senior Consultant or AI/ML Senior Architect to lead our Data Science and AI initiatives. In this pivotal role you will design and implement cuttingedge AI/ML solutions that drive business value while overseeing and guiding a team of talented data scientists and engineers. Your strategic vision and technical expertise will be instrumental in shaping our AI/ML roadmap and ensuring its successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design: Conceptualize design and implement scalable robust and secure AI/ML architectures that meet complex business requirements leveraging best practices and industry standards.

Project Management: Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of AI/ML projects from planning and development to deployment and maintenance ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Team Leadership: Build mentor and inspire a highperforming team of data scientists ML engineers and analysts fostering a collaborative and innovative culture focused on continuous learning and professional growth.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with crossfunctional stakeholders including business leaders product managers and subject matter experts to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.

Technology Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies identifying opportunities for implementation and driving the adoption of cuttingedge solutions to enhance our AI/ML capabilities.

Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance scalability and security of AI/ML models and systems ensuring efficient resource utilization and adherence to best practices.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectures processes models and best practices. Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management and stakeholders effectively communicating technical concepts and project progress.

Requirements

Technical Expertise:

1. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python Good to have C C Java.
   
2. Extensive experience with Machine learning frameworks/Deep Learning/ NLP and libraries (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch scikitlearn).
   
3. Hands on experience with deep learning frameworks (eg Ptorch Tensor flow) as evidenced by released code(e.g. GitHub repositories Version control awareness)
   
4. Strong domain experience in Finance BFSI Domain and good to have Regulatory compliance Risk Credit risk.
   
5. Good to have LLM model and GenAI exposure and experience
   
6. Strong understanding of data modelling data architecture and ETL processes.
   
7. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
   

Preferred Qualifications

1. Certifications: Relevant certifications in AI/ML.
   
2. Industry Knowledge: Experience in industries such as Finance healthcare retail or technology.
   
3. Soft Skills: Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
