Project Manager

• This position will be responsible for overseeing the Installation department for the local market to ensure all jobs are completed with optimal results in a timely and cost effective manner
  
• Ensures a high level of customer service is provided to internal and external clients by supporting the organization s strategic goals while constantly measuring processes/procedures to improve the overall profitability of operations
  
• Manage all phases of AV installations/projects including budgetary requirements
  
• May be responsible for direct supervision of field teams and expected to motivate praise mentor and coach on performance issues
  
• Manage project scheduling and identify and solve issues that will impact the project and schedule
  
• Provide regular project updates/communication with Clients Sales and Operations
  
• Oversee and responsible for coordination of metrics/completion/updates of all installation projects
  
• Participate in contract process and project administration when needed/required
  
• Ensure that project deliverables and milestones are met including close out documentation and punch list items
  
• Attend construction meetings
  
• Perform preinstallation site surveys
  
• Maintain and authorize/complete material stock/order
  
• Quality control/check on finished product/projects including testing
  
• Post project walkthrough with client communicating system performance to the customer
  
• Possible assistance with actual installation of products/services when needed
  
• Assist with product returns and change order process
  
• Help define and work with management on AV installation best practices and refine associated procedures templates tools and documentation
  
• Assuring field team is adhering to all safety guidelines of the Company and Customer requirements
  

Requirements

• 5 years of installation and field experience.
  
• 2 years experience managing large highprofile projects and crews.
  
• Have basic accounting principles account receivables and payables.
  
• Adept at reading blueprints and associated building information.
  
• Ability to rapidly understand business objectives and combine them with a deep understanding of project management to create sell and drive effective solutions.
  
• Ability to work effectively with coworkers across all departments.
  
• Understanding of customer needs; excellent communication and followthrough necessary to satisfy customer requests.
  
• Strategic thinker and problem solver with a demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time on budget and to customer satisfaction.
  
• Leader who is able to align direct motivate and grow teams and clients.
