As a Retail Merchandiser you will be responsible for providing worldclass Direct Store Delivery (DSD) service to our customers. You will stock and display our products in various retail stores following the companys standards and procedures. You will also build strong relationships with store staff and managers communicate effectively with them and respond to their requests. You will also handle paperwork maintain inventory execute promotional displays and use companyowned equipment.

You should also meet the following requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Residence within the territory boundaries of your area
• Valid Class C drivers license with a minimum of 5 years driving experience and a clean driving record
• Successful completion and passing of post offer background check drug screen physical physical ability test

You should also be aware of the following work environment and physical demands:

• Work Location: 80% indoors and 20% outdoors while operating personal vehicle between customer locations
• Hazards: Slippery surfaces; wet & icy exposure to cold and overhead obstacles in freezers moving equipment and normal traffic hazards while operating personal vehicle
• Equipment Used: iPhone iPad Service/Tool Bag and personal vehicle
• Safety Equipment: Gloves
• Physical Requirements: Standing/Walking: Constantly while performing duties in retail customer locations; walking up to 12 miles per shift on concrete or tiled surfaces; Sitting: Occasionally (20%) while operating personal vehicle between customer locations; Push/Pull Bending/Twisting Kneeling/Crouching Sight/Hearing/Speech: Constantly while performing duties in the retail customer locations while cleaning freezers and bunkers rotating product pulling back stock in the customers freezer safe operation of vehicle; Other Demands: Subject to cold temperatures 20 degrees F while working in store freezer units up to 20 minutes 34 times daily
