Sneaker Design Specialist

Our client is a Next Gen luxury brand from Italy specialized in the sourcing design and distribution of iconic products primarily consisting of footwear sneakers in particular as well as readytowear bags and other accessories

Job Responsibilities:

• Will utilize artistic abilities to deliver an instore experience focused on customer satisfaction by ensuring an excellent and exciting shopping experience.
• Guarantee proper brand storytelling with customers by understanding the Golden Goose brand and values.
• Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe the items and customization options.
• Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high level of customized customer service.
• Cocreate special and unique items through the LAB Experience.
• Proactively stay informed and uptodate on product information.
• Strictly follow Golden Goose procedures policies and guidance for all activities including cocreation.
• Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events as needed.
• Act as a Sales Associate when not on tour or cocreating (i.e. selling on the floor pre and after sales activities stockroom client reach out).

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
• Possess an artistic skillset Skillset needs to be elevated and demonstrate a level of craftsmanship
• Selfmotivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
• Good customer focus with strong presentation interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong team player
