Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background proven leadership abilities and a track record of successfully managing complex software projects. As a Senior Technical Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the planning execution and delivery of software projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage multiple software development projects from initiation to closure ensuring successful delivery.
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor project teams fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
• Scope Management: Define project scope objectives and deliverables and ensure alignment with client requirements and business goals.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and manage project budgets to ensure efficient use of time and materials.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to company policies and best practices.
• Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams ensuring technical feasibility and sound architecture.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes tools and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong technical background with experience in software development or engineering.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira Trello or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• PMP PMIACP or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
