Job Description

Job Title : Sales Coordinator
No of Pax :1
Company Name : EPG Engineering (Singapore) Pte.Ltd.
Working Location : The Spire Singapore 658079
Working Hours : 9am to 6pm
Salary Range: 2000 Sgd to 3500 Sgd (Increment based on the candidates current salary)
Allowance : Transport allowance & Telecommunication allowance
Can Accept Travel In out From JB to SG: Can
Any prefer to Specify Skill : Good communication skill
Interview By Virtual Or Physical: Virtual Interview

Administrative Support:

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales documents proposals and presentations.
Handle correspondence phone calls and emails related to sales inquiries and customer interactions.

Sales Coordination:

Coordinate and schedule sales meetings presentations and events.
Maintain and update sales and customer databases.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders contracts and invoices.

Customer Interaction:

Act as a point of contact for customers addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist in resolving customer issues and escalating them to the appropriate team members when necessary.


Sales Reporting:

Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and performance metrics for review by the sales manager and senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Communication and Collaboration:

Facilitate effective communication within the sales team and other departments.
Collaborate with marketing product development and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Support Sales Strategies:

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input to improve sales processes and performance.

Job Requirement

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
