We are looking for an ambitious energetic and experienced individual who is interested in working with the latest AI & cloud technologies to build excellent tailormade solutions for and with our clients.

You will be part of a small specialized AI team building outstanding Digital Experiences based on latest Cloud technologies AI services and search engines.

You should have:

• Experience with AI such as LLMs Natural Language Processing Machine Learning or Search
• Experience: >2 years in AI roles with demonstrated capability in contributing to projects.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for details
• Knowledge of clustered and scalable architectures
• Programming Skills and Experience in e.g. Java Python Scala Java Script R or others.
• Enthusiasm and empathy
• Selfstarter attitude
• Passion for Learning: A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and Machine Learning
• Flexible thinking
• Ability to work within a team as well as independently

• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS Azure Google Cloud including AIspecific services.
• College degree in Computer Science Engineering or similar
• Strong verbal and written English skills (C1/B2)
• Experience in consulting and project business ideally in an international environment
• Machine Learning: Solid understanding of machine learning libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch and Scikitlearn.
• Experience with search engines such as Elasticsearch Opensearch Elasticsearch Solr Lucidworks Fusion ...
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager Adobe Experience Platform
• Big Data Technologies: Understanding of Apache Spark Hadoop Kafka.
• Version Control and CI/CD: Experience with Git Jenkins CircleCI.
• Experience in Agile methodologies
• Spanish or German language skills
• Experience with JIRA Confluence Maven Jenkins
• Willingness to travel within the EU and/or Switzerland
• Holacracy experience or knowledge
