Finance Manager

Introduction:

An experienced Finance Manager is needed immediately to join a Systems Integrator team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization ensuring compliance with financial regulations and implementing effective financial strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting exceptional analytical skills and the ability to lead a team. This position requires a minimum of 6 years experience with at least 3 in leading and managing a team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to achieve the organizations financial goals.

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements budgets and forecasts.

• Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

• Manage cash flow and liquidity including overseeing cash management credit control and treasury functions.

• Supervise the finance team and provide guidance and support.

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

• Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and industry trends.

• Maintain and Manage relationships with banks financial institutions auditors and other external partners.

• Oversee banking operations including loans credit lines and treasury functions.

Preferred Candidate:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance management.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies.

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.

• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in financial software and tools.

• High level of integrity and ethical standards.

• Experience in dealing with banks for L/C LG

• Familiarity with ERP

• Strong experience in Saudi Market

The following are a plus:

• CPA or CMA is a plus

• Background in contracts and legal terms is a plus

• Experience in excel data analysis and creation of Dashboards

• Familiarity with Low current systems terminologies
