Business Analyst With Automation Testing

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in business analysis automation testing JIRA SQL and creating weekly stakeholder status reports. This role requires excellent communication skills analytical thinking and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather analyze and document business requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies.
• Develop business cases and project plans.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements.
• Design develop and execute automated test scripts.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks.

• Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify document and track defects.
• Create manage and update project plans and schedules.
• Utilize JIRA for project tracking issue management and workflow automation.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct sprint planning retrospectives and daily standup meetings
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Analyze data to identify trends issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support decisionmaking processes.
• Prepare and deliver weekly status reports to stakeholders.
• Communicate project updates risks and issues in a clear and timely manner.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of7years of experience in business analysis.
• Proven experience in automation testing and using tools such as Selenium QTP etc.
• Proficient in using JIRA for project management and issue tracking.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.

• Experience in preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
