Senior Content Designer

We are looking for Content Designer III for a USbased client.

Your main responsibilities as a Content Designer III will look something like this:

• Apply holistic customerfocused approaches to drive the content strategy in your product area.

• Use humancentered design methods to design craft and test content solutions that address real customer challenges.

• Orchestrate a clear and compelling voice and tone even if you dont own all the content across complex product areas.

• Identify and use scalable frameworks (e.g. matrixes and other structured documentation) to tackle structural problems with product content.

• Design content solutions to improve systems overcome technical constraints and reduce content debt.

• Apply UI frameworks modularity localization reuse and related concepts to design content solutions that scale.

• Use both qualitative and quantitative insights and business analytics to drive content insights and solutions.

• Partner across teams to improve the accessibility inclusion readability and translatability of product content.

Requirements:

We realize that content strategy and content design are constantly evolving and we know that no two people enter this field through the same path. So were not expecting you to be a specialist in everything listed here but we do ask that you demonstrate expertise commensurate with the job level in whichever methods you apply. Were also looking for people who will contribute frameworks to our growing team and our design system so were excited to see how you scale your thinking!

Bachelors degree or equivalent as well as experience in core skills such as UX Writing Content Audits and Analysis Content Mapping and Modeling Content Planning and Sourcing Conversational Design Information Architecture and Storytelling.

• Able to audit analyze structure create and present content independently using established frameworks.

• Understanding of humancentered design (HCD) practices.

• A thoughtful empathetic and inclusive approach to content design that meets every user where they are.

• Increased focus on content problems across systems and product areas.

• Strong skills in facilitation presentation and storytelling and the ability to communicate compelling rationale and narratives to your team and partners.

• A passion for travel and for our mission.

  A portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills. Were especially interested in seeing examples of work youve done for Android and iOS apps and if you have experience working in a platform or twosided marketplace its a definite plus!

Project duration: 3 months with prolongation. Full time involvement.
