About the Role:

As the Virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our clients digital infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

Technical Skills:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy tailored to the real estate sector.

• Oversee the implementation of security policies protocols and procedures to protect sensitive information.

• Conduct regular security assessments vulnerability testing and risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential threats.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards including GDPR ISO 27001 and local data protection laws.

• Manage and monitor security systems including firewalls intrusion detection systems and antivirus solutions.

Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement secure network architectures.

People Skills:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the internal security team fostering a culture of security awareness.
• Communicate effectively with senior management stakeholders and external partners regarding security issues and strategies.
• Conduct security training and awareness programs for employees to promote a securityconscious work environment.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team offering insights and recommendations on emerging security trends and best practices.
