Job Description

Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator Latam
Location:
Remote (Atlantic Standard Timezone)

Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8 AM to 5 PM (AST)

Job Description:

As a Recruitment Coordinator you will play a crucial role in assisting our operations team with all aspects of the talent acquisition process. You will coordinate interviews schedule candidate meetings and manage candidate communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized customerfocused and possesses excellent async communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process providing timely communication and updates on interview status and next steps.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team including managing calendars scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with candidate sourcing and screening calls including reviewing resumes conducting initial phone screens and assessing candidate qualifications.
  • Manage candidate data and information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) ensuring the accuracy and completeness of candidate records and documentation.
  • Coordinate candidate assessments tests and background checks as required by clients and hiring managers.
  • Prepare interview materials including candidate scorecards and profiles to ensure all hiring managers are informed and prepared for interviews.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Gsuite and ClickUp and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills building rapport and establishing positive relationships with candidates hiring managers and team members.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
