Job Description

Job Title: OCM Specialist Email Retention Harmonization (Onsite)

Duration: Approximately 12 months

Work Location: Calgary Alberta

Job Description:
We are hiring an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist for a Harmonized Email Retention Policy Project.
This role will provide communication engagement and enablement support to the project and will appeal to individuals who are passionate about facilitating successful transitions and helping people adapt to new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build on an established change management plan and approach.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis change readiness and organizational impact assessments to identify change impacts to a wide audience.
  • Facilitate discussions to gather and understand stakeholders and impacts of the change across levels functions and geographies and the interventions that will help achieve desired behaviours and ways of working.
  • Facilitate understanding and definition of the skills competencies and learning required to help stakeholders adopt the future state.
  • Work collaboratively with the project team learning and communications teams.
  • Advise and support sponsors and leaders in their roles as change champions in a model of leaderled change.
  • Develop a measurement approach to monitor how effectively the organization is progressing through the change and achieving the desired benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • 5 years of change management experience in a large corporate environment supporting business/IT transformations or crossfunctional complex initiatives.
  • Postsecondary degree or diploma in business or related field.
  • Experience within the oil and gas industry would be considered an asset.
  • Accreditation/Certification in industryrecognized change methodology (i.e. Prosci CCMP) or equivalent training and experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interface and facilitate effectively with a diverse group of executives leaders subject matter experts and endusers.
