Job Description

Job Description:

1. Preferred Age: 40 to 50 years
2. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant.
3. Experience: 15 to 20 years
4. Key area of experience: Audit and Assurance Statutory Audits Ind AS Limited Reviews Listed Companies Certification and Disclosures.
5. Preferred Industry: Should be from a consulting background and should have proper experience in listed clients preferably in BFSI domain.
6. CTC Range: We are fine with higher bracket but ideal budget would be in range of INR 40 50 lakhs.

Key Skills:
a. Expert Technical knowledge in Audit and Assurance of Listed Companies
b. Ability to manage a team of 6 to 8 personnel
c. Tech Savvy and good understanding of ERP systems
d. Oral communication and ability to communicate with Tax Heads/ CFOs
e. Written communication and experiences and well versed in Ind AS and financial controls.
f. Should be Presentable and have ability to win business mandates.
g. Budgeting and ability to interview candidates.
h. Proactive and self motivated
i. Handson experience of attending Audit Committee meetings Senior Management meetings for presenting audit findings
j. Track record of pursuing and developing new leads (NWD)
k. Ability to manage multiple engagements
l. Ability to meet stringent engagement deliverables timelines

Expected Engagements:
a. Limited Reviews
b. Tax Audits
c. Ind AS matters
d. Consolidation Engagements
e. Certification and Audit
f. Year End Closures.

KRAs:
a. Ensure high quality service delivery (Final reports Audit Committee presentations) for clients mentioned in 11 above
b. Meeting all agreed deliverables timelines with the Client
c. Updating knowledge repository and checklists / guidelines for clients mentioned in above
d. Develop New Leads and onboard clients for Assurance Engagements in Chennai.

Mode of Interview:
Round 1: Business Plan for 3 years need to be submitted. Business Plan should capture approach Revenue and Team Cost estimates Go to Market approach. This
Round would be conducted by HR Leadership team and Business Plan needs to be submitted prior to Interview.
Round 2: With MD
Possible Round 3: With Panel of Directors.
