Position Overview:
The General Manager Human Resources will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support the companys business objectives. This role will oversee all aspects of HR management including talent acquisition employee relations performance management compensation and benefits training and development and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management within the manufacturing sector preferably in textiles and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this industry.
