Overview:
We seek a dynamic and resultsdriven sales and marketing head to lead our Practice Management Solutions division for TherapyPMS and revenue cycle management in the therapy field which is focused on the US market. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of healthcare mainly therapy services and a proven track record in driving sales growth. Youll develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to expand our customer base and establish the company as a market leader in therapy practice management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that align with business objectives emphasizing TherapyPMS and revenue cycle management services.
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats in the therapy field.
Collaborate with product development to align sales strategies with product features and innovations.

2. Team Leadership:
Lead mentor and motivate a highperforming sales and marketing team.
Foster a collaborative resultsoriented culture that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.
Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance providing feedback and coaching as needed.

3. Sales Management:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys customer base in the therapy sector.
Build strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.

4. Marketing Strategy:
Create and oversee marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the value of TherapyPMS and revenue cycle management solutions.
Design targeted marketing initiatives to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Analyze marketing data and metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

5. Communication & Convincing:
Exhibit strong communication skills to articulate the benefits of our solutions to potential clients in the therapy field.
Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations tailored to diverse audience needs.
Develop persuasive sales materials and marketing collateral highlighting key features and differentiators.

6. Market Expansion:
Drive market expansion initiatives to establish a strong presence in new regions and therapy segments within the US.
Stay updated on industry trends regulations and competitors to inform strategic decisions.

7. Reporting & Analytics:
Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance identifying areas for improvement.
Provide regular updates to senior management on progress towards targets.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 710 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership preferably within the healthcare or therapy practice management solutions sector.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and leading crossfunctional teams.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
