Key Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international ticketing processes efficiently.
• Utilize Amadeus booking software to make reservations issue tickets and manage bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients during the ticketing process.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with airline regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with airlines travel agencies and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth ticketing procedures.
• Stay updated with industry trends airline regulations and ticketing software advancements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ticketing with a focus on international ticketing.
• Proficiency in Amadeus booking software is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
• Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in any field.
• Additional certifications in ticketing or travel management.
• Experience working in a travel agency or airline industry.
