Job Description
- Provide suggestions to the Board of Directors in setting strategic goals objectives budgets policies and procedures to enhance profitability and return on investment.
- Keeping knowledge of market and industry updates on new trends products and laws pertaining to real estate.
- Maintain and enhance the brand equity of the Real Estate Division of the Group by representing the Group at prominent forums and platforms.
- Ensure projects monitoring Value engineering Procurement planning & budgeting cost monitoring product quality consciousness safety estimation etc.
