Position: Dynamics 365 Application Engineer (Omni Channel)
Location: Chicago (Remote)
Duration: 6 months or longer
Compensation: $ 60 70/hr
Were seeking a Dynamics 365 Application Engineer to join our team remotely in Chicago. The ideal candidate will spearhead the implementation development and optimization of our Omni Channel Customer Service Admin Center leveraging Microsofts Cloud Dynamics 365 platform. This role involves integrating Voice/Email/SMS features utilizing Power Apps and Power Automate and ensuring seamless functionality across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the rebuild and modernization of our existing UC/Autoattendant system within Dynamics 365.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope and requirements.
  • Implement best practices for record creation and management within Dynamics 365 distinguishing between data types like voicemail and WAV files.
  • Utilize ADF (Azure Data Factory) for efficient data export/import processes.
  • Provide expertise in Omni Channel solutions and Customer Service Admin Center functionalities.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience with ADF (Azure Data Factory) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Omni Channel customer service principles.
  • Ability to analyze forecast and implement solutions according to industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
