Overview
TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the USA and many other countries in the world. Our client manufactures pain medicines such as hydromorphone oxycodone fentanyl codeine and hydrocodone. It makes drugs such as MS Contin OxyContin and Ryzolt. In 1972 Contin (a controlled drugrelease system) was developed.
Job Title: Senior Analyst IT Governance
Location: Stamford CT
Duration: 6 months
Job Type: Contract

Job Summary:
Primary Responsibilities
- Measure IT compliance against Clients IT Quality Management Framework/ IT Operating Model and Information Security Standards through IT Compliance Matrix & Metric
- Act as IT Project Manager to facilitate delivery of IT managed projects (Infrastructure or applications)
- Manage aspects of IT Service Management Systems (ServiceNow) including Change Management queue
- Education and Experience Requirements
- B.S. or Equivalent training/Certification Required
- 6 years of relevant experience in Project and Quality Management and IT Operational Processes
Necessary Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Ability to operate under tight timelines within specified quality and compliance goals.
- Ability to work directly with IT Senior leadership team and interact with Business on a as needed basis.
- Strong work ethic learning and change agility operating comfortably and effectively in ambiguous and fastpaced environments.
- Solid relationship skills and versatility of written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in ITIL Infrastructure lifecycle management ISO Total Quality Management (TQM) CFR Part 11 PMI (Project Management).
- Knowledge of good documentation practices computer system validation and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Process oriented mindset.
- Strong knowledge of the following computer systems and software (at a minimum):
- MS software packages such as Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Explorer MS Teams and MS Project
- ServiceNow or any other ITSM tool
- Document Management Systems

- PMP a plus! Not required.

Will travel onsite to Stamford CT for an occasional team meeting but location is REMOTE
