About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at a leading Independent Estate Agent in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and develop our lettings department ensuring exceptional service and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the lettings department.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize rental income and occupancy rates.
• Conduct property valuations market appraisals and prepare tenancy agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords tenants and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards.
• Lead motivate and develop the lettings team to achieve individual and departmental goals.
• Handle escalated tenant and landlord issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators and financial targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lettings Manager or in a similar role within the property industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the lettings process and relevant legislation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
