Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to CLevel Executives.

Manage and maintain executive calendars scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

Organize virtual and inperson meetings including arranging logistics preparing materials and reserving conference rooms.

Prioritize and screen incoming emails and phone calls redirecting inquiries as necessary.

Perform various administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence preparing reports and managing documents.

Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and matters.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (7 years) as an Executive Assistant supporting highlevel executives.

Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.

Proficiency in calendar management and meeting coordination.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.

High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
