Short Description:
The Technical Writer will prepare and/or maintain documentation pertaining to infrastructure systems and procedures systems operation and user documentation.
Complete Description:
The role of a Technical Writer involves creating clear concise and accurate documentation that communicates complex technical information effectively to various stakeholders. The Technical Writer will collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and enhance documentation related to processes and procedures. The role will both compose new documentation and edit the work of others ensuring high standards for readability grammar and content. The key to success in this role is the ability to synthesize complex instructions into easytofollow guidebooks instructions and general communications. The person in this position should be an expert in communications.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. Writes a variety of technical articles reports brochures and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses.
2. Coordinates the display of graphics and the production of the document.
3. Ensures content is of high quality and conforms to standards.
