ASETSCA Inc. IDS Platform Engineering team is a SaaS company with an innovative and cuttingedge approach to Digitilization in the engineering domain primarily for the engineering procurement and construction (EPC) Oil & Gas energy market.

The ideal candidate is able to lead an engineering team and leads a team of engineers and technical staff providing guidance mentorship and support to ensure the teams effectiveness and productivity. He is able to convincingly to win energy engineering projects. That means continuously interacting with clients understanding their current practices and executing engineering deliverables.

Being able to solve interesting and nonobvious challenges stemming from the interdisciplinary nature of the engineering work. If you have experience with gaining engineering projects and leading the delivery team and have excellent knowledge of engineering design we are looking for you.

To be qualified for this role you should be a qualified registered engineer like B. Tech / B.E/ M.eng Engineering civil / structural / piping

Knowledge on engineering items in the Oil & Gas Industrial plant engineering will only add valuable weightage. Previous elementary experience with softwares such as STAADPRO & CAESER will be an added advantage.

Familiar with Ubuntu/Windows and programming in C Python ( an added advantage)

Ensure effective engineering deliverables to the customers.
Managing the technical support by executing engineering projects alongside customer yet proving the TIME as value proposition.
Execute and conduct and handle technical client queries.
Demonstrate engineering deliverables and their delivery during technical demos to the potential clients.
