Job Description
Job Requirement:
- 57 years of experience in BIB & SAP HR ABAP
- & HCM Integration (BIB Replication) expertise to handle NAR (North American Region) integration project.
- for understanding the requirement from business for BIB.
Must have experience in BIB replication & SuccessFactors integration.
- for creating the mapping sheets and create logics as required along with functional team.
- Knowledge and experience in BADI Mapping.
- for giving status reports to business and keeping track of ongoing work related to BIB.
- ownership of the Entity end to end technical delivery related to BIB.
- with technical team of ABAPer & HCM functional team for endtoend delivery.
- in HR ABAP & CPI is must.
Technical Skills:
- with BIB replication.
- with ECC 6.0
- with ECC to SF integration.
- expertise in HR ABAP programming & Integrations
- understanding of 3rd party interfaces
- reporting skills.
- communication skills
