Job Description

Position: Director of Business Development (OffHighway & Truck Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business expansion in the offhighway and truck industry.
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities by building relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers in the sector.
  • Maintain and enhance a strong network of industry contacts to support business development and collaborative opportunities.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that surpass revenue goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years experience in sales and business development specifically within the offhighway and truck industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of the offhighway and truck industry and its major players.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
