Growth Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Growth Strategy Development: Develop and implement datadriven growth strategies to drive user acquisition engagement and retention.

• Campaign Management: Plan execute and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media email search and display advertising.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and analytics tools. Report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B tests to optimize marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Customer Journey Mapping: Analyze customer journeys to identify dropoff points and areas for improvement in the funnel.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and relevant content that drives growth and engagement.
• SEO/SEM: Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic and paid search traffic.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for growth initiatives.
• Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and growth hacking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in growth marketing digital marketing or a related role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools including Google Analytics SEO/SEM social media and email marketing.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software.
• Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
