Working as a OT SOC Engineer

You will join the OT operational team that provides day to day operational services using new innovative technologies from our preferred vendors.

The OT SOC functions in the Orange Cyberdefense mindset of anticipate assess protect detect respond and focusses both on protecting the customer with innovating technologies as detecting events by pragmatic and downtoearth security event handling.

You will become a trusted advisor for our customers. The solutions you manage are a key element to the visibility of the customer into his OT operations and you will get the opportunity to present and drive the continuous improvement process in their environment.

• Monitor and manage the customers network infrastructure so that we can guarantee a safe and performant network environment.
• Assessing the alerts from the monitoring system at the customer on a daily basis and take adequate action when needed.
• Take ownership of the tickets generated by the monitoring system and ensure a followup within the SLA boundaries.
• Work together with the Design Authority to improve the overall network design and performance.

Why are we talking to you

• At least 3 years of relevant experience with good knowledge of networking/security/OT security concepts
• Knowledge andexperience of monitoring systems typical networking tools (Wireshark)
• Knowledge andunderstanding of dashboarding and reporting tools (ELK PowerBI...)
• Understanding of general internet security concepts and basic routing and switching knowledge
• Understanding of the PURDUE Model
• Knowledge of the OT Security principles and challenges is a big plus.
• Knowledge on one or more of the following specific OT vendors is a big plus: Nozomi Networks Cisco Cyber VisionMicrosoft Defender for IoT Tenable OT Claroty
