Working in Resource management

As a Planning Employee you will be responsible for drawing up monitoring and optimizing the planning of our activities/processes/projects. You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Drawing up the planning based on projects/demands of customers.
Monitoring the planning and adjusting where necessary.
Coordinating the work with various departments and external parties.
Identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions.
Reporting on the progress of the planning.
Maintaining contact with customers and suppliers.
Performing administrative tasks related to planning.

What we expect of you

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work and thinking level.
• Dutch speaking with good knowledge of English & French Analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft M365
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and stressresistant working attitude.
