To strengthen our own Media Buy department we are looking for a Media Buy TL. You will work with Google and FB (Google is the priority platform).

You have:

• 2 years as aTL Media Buyer in your background;
• Actual work experience with traffic acquisition from Google FB platforms;
• Excellent knowledge of online dating vertical;
• Deep understanding of howthe media buy process works from the infrastructure issues to dealing with partners;
• Experience in management and hiring a team;
• Ability to work with budgets contractors company departments;
• Work with data at a high level (analytics reporting measurement of all necessary metrics);
• Indepth knowledge of media buy strategies technologies and best practices;
• An analytical mindset with proficiency in datadriven decisionmaking;
• A strong work ethic and drive to exceed expectations and targets.

Your tasks:

• Management of the media buy team;
• Overlap of the entire cycle of media buys;
• Carrying out various tests and hypotheses;
• Manage daily analysis of traffic acquisition efficiency;
• Reaching KPIs for the volume and quality of traffic;
• Interaction with compatible departments.
