Job Description


Our client:
enterprise cloud provider offersapplications for finance and human resources including human capital management financial management planning analytics and professional services automation.Known for its userfriendly interface and flexibility the company serves various industries such as education healthcare and retail providing realtime insights and enhancing operational efficiency.Continually innovates and prioritizes customer satisfaction social responsibility and sustainability ensuring its solutions are accessible and regularly updated.

In this role you will become a subject matter expert collaborating closely with leaders and the Talent Acquisition team to recruit top talent aligning with our mission and values. You will lead essential initiatives to meet headcount targets technical requirements and complex roadmaps by working with various peer groups and hiring managers to optimize processes programs strategic sourcing and technology for improved efficiency.

Work model: Hybrid (23 days on site per week)

Warsaw (Centrum)
Form of employment:
1 year contract of employment contract with Infotree Global Solutions (possibility to extend or to be direct employee).

About the role:

  • Utilize your strong technical recruiting expertise to attract exceptional talent for building and scaling Professional Services teams.
  • Track and measure performance against headcount goals and provide input for monthly/quarterly hiring forecasts.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet our hiring needs ensuring diverse candidate pools.
  • Use market data and insights to facilitate informed discussions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Over 8 years of experience in Professional Services recruiting particularly for Implementation Consultants Technical Consultants and Project Managers across all organizational levels with at least 5 years of inhouse experience.
  • More than 5 years of experience in developing sourcing channels aligned with current and future pipeline needs including strategies for diverse hiring.
  • Proven experience working with senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities with adaptability and flexibility.
  • Detailoriented with the capability to multitask and prioritize multiple deadlinedriven projects.

  • Analytical skills to report on workflow and metrics.
