As a social media content moderator you will review categorize and moderate business content helping to build a better online user experience for billions of people all around the world.

What the job is about:

• Review and categorize social media content based on specific guidelines

• Ensure that all information uploaded by users follow the guidelines based on clients policies

• Make well balanced decisions to be an effective advocate for community

• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions

• Follow company and client procedures and guidelines

• Be positive and proactive and have a desire for applying continuous improvement processes

• Exchange ideas and solutions with your colleagues!

• Excellent verbal and written skills in Spanish

• Very good English knowledge

• Exceptional communication and soft skills as well as problemsolving skills

• Solid team and collaboration skills work independently with limited supervision

• Attention to detail and ability to distinguish selfbeliefs from moderated content and policies

• A positive and adventurous attitude

• A sponge that is willing to soak up all the knowledge and experience we offer

• Experience in Content Moderation Social Media or Customer Support will be considered as an advantage
