Requirements

*Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification.

*At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting ideally in industry.

*Sound knowledge of accounting software ideally Sage.

*Very good written and spoken German for precise and legally compliant documents.(C2 minimum)

*Reliable careful and independent way of working with a high affinity for numbers.

Tasks & Responsibilities

*Independent bookkeeping including accounts receivable accounts payable and asset accounting.

*Payment transactions monitoring of deadlines and discount accounts.

*Preparation of monthly financial statements and preparation of the annual financial statements.

*Carrying out reconciliations and account clarifications.

*Assisting with budgeting and cost accounting.

*Maintaining and updating master data and charts of accounts.
