Order Management Specialist

Let us describe the challenge we offer

The Order Management Specialist will play an important role in supporting order management processes in the Canadian market. You will be responsible for delivering customer orders efficiently to support our business model. You will support our demand forecasting initiatives order creation and supply chain coordination from factory to final delivery point. The Order Management Specialist will the liaison between internal and external stakeholders in the Canadian market.

This position is a 6month contract with potential for extension and will be based in our Laval Quebec office.

What youll do

• You will be responsible for managing the order to delivery activities for Polestar Canada
• Lead demand forecasting order creation and management supply chain coordination from factory to final delivery point
• Keep internal and external business stakeholders appraised on relevant KPIs
• Utilize our internal systems to efficiently and effectively process a high volume of orders with a high attention to detail
• Support our retail partners in delivering a seamless white glove purchasing experience for our customers

Who you are

• 3 years of experience in sales forecasting order management automotive or related supply chain.
• Understanding of the automotive ecosystem highly desirable
• Continuous improvement mentality oriented towards maximizing customer satisfaction while reducing cost
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Expertise in creation of reporting tools to report on KPIs
• Experienced in sales and order management (SAP based) enterprise software
• You thrive in a fast pace ever evolving environment
