The Job
As a frontendfocused software engineer youll work in an agile selfsufficient team with full ownership of the products and features you develop. Our process includes continuous delivery and sprintbased collaboration. Each team possesses a wide range of skills including backend frontend infrastructure and devops.
As a member of the Super1 Team you will work together with the other developers in your team closely with the product side as well as developers in the rest of the tech organisation. The teams area of responsibility within the organisation is developing and maintaining our customerfacing web platform. As a frontend developer in the team you will be working with developing new userfacing features building reusable components and libraries and collaborating closely with our backend developers and designers to ensure a good UX/UI experience. We encourage a high level of knowledge sharing where you learn from and coach others in the teams development and strive for maintaining and implementing a high level of code quality and best practices.
We strive to use stateoftheart technology and stay at the forefront of development. Agile practices ensure we build minimum viable products with highquality code. We encourage all team members to contribute ideas regardless of their expertise.
We prefer candidates based in Stockholm and operate in a hybrid environment. We believe in collaborating in a friendly and informal atmosphere.
This is a permanent fulltime position (swe: tillsvidareanstllning) with a 6month probation period.
Requirements:
Relevant MSc degree in Computer Science Media Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in frontend development with React.
Experience with frontend architecture.
Residence in Stockholm or surrounding areas.
High proficiency in English.
Eligible to work in Sweden.
Meritorious:
Experience with GraphQL.
Proficiency in Swedish.
Our current stack:
Frontend: React (TypeScript) GraphQL.
Languages: TypeScript (Frontend backend and infrastructure).

For this position we seek an individual who can demonstrate responsibility and initiative. You should value structure and possess a good ability to write readable and highquality code. At Tendium our tech teams prioritise continuous delivery aiming for quality code without overengineering. We appreciate constructive problemsolving and a willingness to take on new tasks and technologies. We value continuous learning and improvement whether through deep expertise in one area or broad skill development.
Effective teamwork is essential and we are looking for those qualities in you. The ideal candidates should have at least 12 years of frontend development experience. Note that by experience we do not necessarily mean employment. We care about what you can do not how long youve been on the payroll.
