• You are responsible for the Tibber brand across currently 4 countries
• You lead the global brand team and help them build a brand that challenges convention and is simultaneously respected admired and trustworthy.
• Youre responsible for creating and executing a worldclass social media and global brand strategy
• You lead the performance marketing teams and ensure brand standout balancing and marrying brand building and conversion optimization
• Youre responsible for identifying and executing great product marketing strategies that drive viral growth including our referral strategy
• You are responsible for the web strategy with the aim to increase visitors conversion while building an outstanding brand
• You lead the teams and agencies in developing global campaigns with a clear eye on the needs of the 4 markets which are in diverse stage of maturity
  
  

Skills for success

Brand Management: Proven to have build standout brands across markets that challenge convention across multiple countries in startup and/or scaleup companies

Performance Marketing: Expertise in performance marketing and social media strategies.

Product Marketing: Proven experience in creating and executing product marketing strategies.

Web Strategy: Experience in developing web strategies to increase visitors and conversions and to build a brand across owned online channels

Storytelling You have proven affinity with great storytelling to consumers preferably with complex products in consumer environments
