Financial Controller for a Sustainability SaaS

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our fastgrowing team working to decarbonize buildings and construction currently responsible for around 40% of global carbon emissions.

You will join a supportive effective and missionoriented team in a flexible friendly and international work environment and have a great deal of autonomy in your role.

One Click LCAs innovative carbon accounting and reduction SaaS platform is used in over 170 countries and is growing rapidly. We target constructionand built environment(where we are the global leader) and manufacturing verticals responsible for nearly half of global carbon emissions.

This fulltime permanent position is available on a hybrid basis for candidates based in Helsinki.

What you will do:

• Lead and scale all aspects of controlling forecasting and cashflow analysis
• Implement proper controlling procedures to help steer the business and track monthly performance against budget in line with Group requirements
• Prepare monthly reporting packages ensure timely preparation of statutory accounts and lead on Audit requirements
• Build a robust scalable budgeting and forecasting structure through the use of appropriate tools systems and relevant KPIs for a B2B SaaS business
• Support the CFO on the appropriate business objectives budgeting/planning process and associated metrics
• Further enhance the organisational analytical and financial frameworks of KPI management reporting and process implementation; generally fostering a datadriven culture
• Communicate relevant and timely financial information to key internal stakeholders and meet the business Reporting requirements; spread and foster financial literacy across the company
• Manage a highperforming team; through mentorship coaching and honest feedback to ensure professional growth and development

What you need:

• 5 years of experience in Financial Controlling or similar roles within a scaling fastgrowth business operating in multiple geographies
• Demonstrable track record of building scalable finance functions within fastchanging environments
• Experience in managing Accounting
• Experience in managing Standalone and Group Consolidated Audits
• Experience in business partnering FP&A and customer analytics
• Lateral thinker with the ability to thrive in a fastmoving and agile environment
• A high degree of business maturity and ability to communicate effectively to senior management levels
• Ability to unlock and combine operational and financial data that provides actionable insights to the organisation
• A willingness to work hard roll up sleeves dive into the details and work sidebyside with the team to get things done; not just a leader but a doer
• Resourceful team player openminded handson approachable
• Fluent in English as it is our working language

Highly desirable:

• B2B SaaS experience
• Experience in an ERP rollout
• Big 4 Audit/ Transactional Service
• Integration experience
