Job Description

Fully remote Only for LATAM

Position: Paid Ad Media Manager

Salary Range: USD/ month (based on experience)

Location: Fully remote Only for LATAM

Working Hours: Fulltime

Language: Professional proficiency in English level C1 is required.

Type of contract: Independent Contractor Agreement.

Scope of the Role


As a Paid Ads Manager at Shepherd Staffing you will be responsible for spearheading our clients' digital advertising initiatives across multiple platforms. Your role will encompass creating managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager developing standard operating procedures and implementing comprehensive reporting systems. You will play a pivotal part in strategizing ad spend identifying target audiences and enhancing ROAS/ROI through detailed analysis and optimization. Additionally you will collaborate with clients and our team to ensure seamless onboarding and consistent campaign success contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional digital advertising solutions.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Create set up run and optimize Meta Ads Manager for our clients
  • Help us create a standard client onboarding process
  • Help us create universal repeatable standard operating procedures for supporting clients' paid ad efforts
  • Help us create implement dashboards / standard reporting to convey results to our clients
  • Implement FB Pixel on client websites in order to optimize traffic conversions
  • Help identify target audiences for new clients
  • Help strategize ad spend ad sets and audiences for our clients
  • Monitor and optimize ROAS / ROI for each client via traffic and conversion campaigns
  • Be able to join client calls (not necessarily in lead role)

Requirements:

  • Should have some experience running Google Ads Manager campaigns as well
  • Should have desire to learn and experiment with additional platforms: LinkedIn OTT/CTV display ads TikTok
  • Should be a confident English speaker with ability to interact with clients if necessary (not in lead role but this will happen)
  • Should be comfortable creating systems for scale in an organization that has not run paid ads before including clearly documenting all new processes
