PROJECT MANAGEMENT CUM PROCUREMENT MANAGER / ASST MANAGER / SENIOR EXECUTIVE (FOR STRUCTURAL PIPING & VALVES PRODUCTS) (x1)
Job Description:
Oversee and manage complex projects in oil & gas industries involving structural piping & fittings and valves products
Coordinate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project execution
Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and quality
Conduct market research and supplier evaluations
Negotiate and establish contracts with vendors and suppliers
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
Ensure compliance with tender specifications / customers’ requirements
Requirements:
Minimum Degree/Diploma in any engineering or proven experience in project management and procurement in the oil & gas industry
Expertise preferable in any of the products (structural piping & fittings and valves)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
Excellent negotiation and problemsolving abilities
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
Proficiency in MS Office applications or any other similar project/tender management applications.
Salary range: SGD3.5k to SGD5.0k Singaporean/PR only. No commission based. Position offer is depend on the candidate’s overall experience.
Working hours: Mon to Fri (8:45am to 6:00pm)
Location: 9 Tagore Lane
