This is a 12hour shift three days each week with the shift schedule being from 18:45 07:15 total of 36 hours per week. RN Medical/Surgical with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and 2 professional references. The allinclusive hourly nonlocal pay rate for this position is $49.86/hr encompassing a taxable component of $28.86/hr along with a per diem of $21/hr. Work Location: 4220 Harding Pike Nashville TN 37205. Non Local reward:$6.88/hr. Local rate (Below 50 miles):$39.89/hr.

Roles and amp; Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
