This is a 12hour shift three days each week with the shift schedule being from 18:4507:15 total of 36 hours per week. RN Medical/Surgical with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification 2 Professional references. The allinclusive hourly pay rate for this position is $49.86/hr encompassing a taxable component of $41.03hr along with a per diem of $8.83/hr. Reward on non local rate: $6.88 /hr. *Work Location 1700 Medical Center Parkway Murfreesboro TN 37129 ** Local Rate (Below 50 miles): $39.76hr.

Unit Capacity: 24 Beds Population Served: Observation Unit. The most frequent diagnosis for this patient population includes: cardiorespiratory conditions chest pain pneumonia angina CHF COPD Asthma Gastrointestinal complaints abdominal pain nausea and vomiting mental status alteration syncopal episodes and confusion. Ages of Patients Served: Young Adult through Late Adult (18 60) Nurse to Patient Ratios: 1:6

Roles and amp; Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
