THE ROLE
We are looking for highly experienced Android developers with a passion to lead a team while helping build and scale our Android apps portfolio. In this role you will manage a small team of Android developers and help our R&D team create code test and maintain various Android apps. You will work closely with other team leads developers and QA testers using the Agile methodology and a qualityfirst approach.

Requirements :
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Musthave:
- 5 years of experience developing Android applications in both Java and Kotlin
- Proficient UI programming skills
- Uptodate with the latest technology (Kotlin coroutines RxJava etc.)
- Experience with commonly used Android components and libraries
- Expertise with peripheral development tools (Android Studio git Firebase etc.)
- Experience in the development of an app that was released on Google Play (100000 downloads)
- Familiarity with Agile management: Kanban
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
- Leadership skills
Nicetohave:
- Previous experience as a team leader
- Familiarity with CI

We are a distributed team of more than 45 people all working remotely and communicating partially synchronously (we usually overlap with our teams for 3/4 hours daily and are free to work on some of the tasks whenever it suits us best).
