Job Description

• The Cloud Video Production team is looking for a producer to join our growing Production team. As a producer you will work with a group of experienced video web and design specialists to lead the development of video to support training sales enablement curriculum and certification content. You will be responsible for running video productions small and large. You will facilitate our workflows and participate in the creation of our library of films videos demos and stories that are filmed and edited by our cadre of internal and external video experts. You will know all the technical aspects of getting films made and the very best people to work with. Our producers are passionate champions of beautiful emotional and impactful storytelling and set the bar high.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the daytoday operations of the video production department.
• Help define and drive the process used to conceptualize design shoot edit review and approve video content
• Develop and communicate the standards for all video content and validate that all videos in your projects meet those standards
• Work crossfunctionally with stakeholders to educate them on working with us and creating videos to enable their success.
• Plan and manage film productions (pre & post and manage live action shoots) for all types of video

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of creative production experience with a blend of agency and inhouse experience.
• Experience in productions for creative brands experience with training videos a plus.
• A portfolio that depicts work (with a focus on storytelling) that you have personally produced.
• Expert stakeholder manager who can bring anyone along the video creation journey be they novice or expert. Adept at making nervous talent feel at ease and calm in the eye of the camera.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with implementing productions on time and on budget.
• Handson experience with or understanding of video editing hardware technology and terminology. Experience with operating a camera.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment on multiple projects in a large company atmosphere.
• Ability to work on a global scale across many internal stakeholders with varying degrees of experience with film productions or video projects.
• A patient and thoughtful team player.
• Excellent organizational and negotiating abilities with a reasonable understanding of business affairs as it pertains to talent licensing and legal issues.
