Job Description:

• Collaborate with stakeholders from the pharma client to gather analyze and document business requirements.
• Conduct workshops interviews and surveys to elicit and prioritize requirements for software solutions.
• Analyze and document current business processes and workflows within the pharma client organization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work closely with the pharma client and development team to design innovative solutions that meet business needs.
• Create detailed functional specifications user stories and acceptance criteria for software development.
• Perform data analysis to uncover insights and trends related to pharmaceutical sales marketing and operations.
• Design and develop reports dashboards and data visualizations using BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Bachelors degree in business administration Computer Science or related field.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry processes regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with business analysis techniques such as stakeholder analysis process modeling and requirements prioritization.
• Proficiency in documenting business requirements using tools like Microsoft Visio Lucid chart or Confluence.
• Data analysis skills including SQL querying data modeling and statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
