Job Description:

• Drive and further build the category PAN India
• Understand the dynamics of each business Retail MBO Distribution & Ecom to strengthen the business
• Season range planning and assortment building
• Work closely with Local product development team to create the India production line
• Understand and drive the complete product development cycle from sample to delivery
• Able to build the Local & Import assortment with COGS understanding & deliverables
• Sell through & Mark down management
• Agreed GM% deliverables for the category
• Conducting season product conference / partner presentations
• Support in new Product development for key channels / partners
• Planning for End of season sale along with Buying Manager
• Ownership of Tracking season deliveries for the respective category
• Creating season buy forms / assortment building & catalogues for each channel
• Perform periodic in depth analysis w.r.t store performance at region & store grade category level gender level style & size level
• Supporting Marketing calendar and key marketing initiatives for season
• Conducting Product training and building product knowledge within store staff
