DESCRIPTION:
Application architect and developer using Java OpenText
Exstream software Cobol and DB2 to assemble data and
create correspondence for mailing.

RESPONSIBLITIES:
Production support of existing applications
Analysis design coding and unit/integration testing
Create and update program specification and detail design documentation
Application performance tuning
Mentor junior programmers
Application development for modernization effort

REQUIRED SKILLS:
72 months of experience with Java programming in an IBM environment development using IBMs Rational Application Developer (RAD) and WebSphere Application Server (WAS)
84 months of experience developing tax processing systems in a federal state or municipal agency
84 months installing configuring patching testing Open Text Exstream software and architecting the design of complex business applications
84 months of IBM Mainframe COBOL programming experience
84 months of IBM DB2 for z/OS experience
