Position: Operations Specialist

Working hours/Shift: MF; amenable to working under US Pacific Standard Time

Salary Range: $USD/month

About the role:

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for onboarding vendors managing communication with the driver network and supporting various operational tasks. The role involves responding to onboarding inquiries and coordinating closely with team members and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Onboard our waitlist of vendors and own communication with our driver network.

• Provide support with operationsrelated tasks.

• Respond to phone email and ticket outreach for onboarding questions.

• Coordinate and communicate with vendors.

• Work closely with onboarding team members and crossfunctional colleagues to complete necessary tasks.

Qualifications:

• 23 years of experience as an Operations Specialist or Manager.

• Clientfacing experience is essential.

• Experience using Notion is a huge advantage.
