SAP APO IBP SCM Project Manager

Role: SAP APO IBP SCM Project Manager

Location: Corona CA 3 days onsite (Hybrid Role)

Duration: 10 to 12 Months

Responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP IBP/APO implementation projects from initiation to closure ensuring successful project delivery within scope budget and timeline.

Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to understand their planning requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Configure and customize SAP IBP/APO functionalities to meet specific business needs.

Develop and execute project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies.

Manage project scope budget and resources effectively.

Oversee project activities identify and address potential issues proactively.

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure smooth system rollout.

Provide ongoing support and training to endusers on the implemented SAP IBP/APO solution.

Stay uptodate on the latest SAP IBP/APO features and functionality.

Experience with Activate methodology for SAP project management is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Supply Chain Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 12 years of experience in managing SAP IBP/APO implementation projects.

Proven experience in configuring and customizing SAP IBP/APO functionalities.

Strong understanding of IBP/APO concepts including S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) forecasting demand planning and supply planning.

Experience working with the Activate methodology for SAP project management is highly preferred.

Excellent project management skills including scope management budget management and resource allocation.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
