Job Description:
Educational & Experience Background:
- University graduate (Bachelors degree is minimum) with an engineering or science background
- 10 years working experience in Design and Deployment of a project
- Logical approach to problem solving.
- Persuasive powers & able to remain calm under crisis.
- Ability to motivate and deliver results.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven Project management skills
- Excellent knowledge of current and legacy desktop publishing software (e.g. MS Suite Visio DOORS Adobe Acrobat Requirement Management tools such as DOORS or equivalent JIRA)
- Sufficient knowledge of International Relations and requirements that follow
- Proficient in use of SAP
- Excellent Language and Communication skills
- P&L Management
- Adept at People Management/leadership
- Sufficient knowledge in Negotiation
- Possesses strong Bid Management skills
- Technical knowledge and skills required e.g. system engineering; Safety HW/SW design etc.
- Previous experience in the operational development use and application of site mobility tools for installation and test and commissioning activities is an asset.
